By email
If you cannot sign in, email support@procks.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours. Do not send your password.
What is deleted
Deleting your account removes your account, profile, profile picture, Procks and replies, conversations and messages, your location and notification records, and other account-linked data. Conversations are removed for both participants. This cannot be undone.
What may be kept, and for how long
- Safety reports: Reports you filed, and reports other people filed about you, are kept until an operator removes them. A report includes the reason given and a copy of the reported text, or a reference to the reported photo. Deleting your account does not remove reports.
- Records other people hold: Other users' block records involving your account are kept for safety.
- Short-lived operational records: minimal deletion markers, duplicate-prevention and retry records, generally for up to seven days, so deleted data is not recreated.
- Legal requirements: information we are required by law to preserve, only for as long as the law requires.
We cannot delete copies other people have already saved, such as screenshots. Our Privacy Policy explains retention in full.
