Please read this Privacy Policy carefully to understand how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information.
1. Introduction
Procks LLC (“Procks,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides the Procks mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Service”), a location-based platform that allows users to share their geographic location, view other users in proximity, share content, and exchange messages with users nearby.
This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information about users of the Service (“you” or “User”). It applies to all individuals who access or use the Service. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this Privacy Policy. Your use of the Service is also governed by our Terms and Conditions, which are incorporated by reference.
If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, you must not access or use the Service.

- Sensor Data: With your permission, we may access motion sensors, accelerometer data, gyroscope, magnetometer, and other device sensors to support proximity and location features.
3.3 Information from Third Parties
- Social Sign-In: If you log in using a third-party account (e.g., Apple, Google, Facebook), we receive information from that provider, such as your name, email, and profile picture, in accordance with the provider’s settings.
- Service Providers: We receive information from analytics, fraud-prevention, advertising, and infrastructure providers about your use of the Service and your devices.
- Other Users: Other users may provide information about you, such as when they tag you, mention you, or report your conduct.
- Public Sources: We may obtain information from publicly available sources to help verify identity or prevent fraud.
4. Special Notice Regarding Location Data
PRECISE LOCATION DATA IS THE CORE OF THE SERVICE AND IS INHERENTLY SENSITIVE. By using the Service, you expressly consent to our collection, use, processing, transmission, storage, and disclosure of your precise location data as described in this Privacy Policy.

6.1 With Other Users
The core function of the Service is to share information with other users in your geographic proximity. By design, the following information is or may be visible to other users: your username, profile information, photos, location (in approximate or precise form, as applicable), User Content, messages you send to proximate users, and any other information you choose to share. These providers are contractually obligated to use information only as necessary to perform services for us.
6.3 Advertising and Analytics Partners
We may share information with advertising networks, analytics providers, and measurement partners to deliver and measure advertising, including ads that may be tailored based on your interests, location, or activity. 6.6 With Your Consent
We may share information with third parties when you direct us to or otherwise consent.
6.7 Aggregated or De-identified Data
We may share aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified information that does not reasonably identify you for any purpose.
7. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and for other legitimate business purposes.
Specific retention periods vary based on the type of information, the purpose for which it is processed, and applicable legal requirements. Location data is generally retained for the period necessary to provide the Service and for analytics, safety, and legal purposes. We may retain certain de-identified or aggregated information indefinitely.
When information is no longer needed, we will delete or anonymize it, unless we are required by law to retain it longer.
8. Data Security
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These safeguards may include encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, monitoring, and personnel training.
HOWEVER, NO METHOD OF TRANSMISSION OR STORAGE IS 100% SECURE. We cannot and do not guarantee the absolute security of your information. You provide information at your own risk. If you have reason to believe that your account or information is no longer secure, please contact us immediately.
